Before enrolling in any program, the student is responsible for reviewing the course curriculum, modules, duration, prerequisites, delivery mode, class schedule, recorded content, mentorship structure and other applicable course details.
Enrollment shall be treated as confirmation that the student has understood and accepted the program structure and requirements.
The student is advised to clarify all course-related doubts, prerequisites and learning requirements with the institute before making payment.
The course may consist of multiple modules that are designed to be completed progressively. Certain modules may include prerequisite knowledge or foundational topics.
A student shall not be entitled to discontinue individual modules solely on the ground that the student already possesses knowledge of a particular topic or does not wish to attend a particular module.
Where a student voluntarily skips, refuses, postpones or does not participate in any module/class, such non-participation shall not by itself constitute failure or deficiency of service by the institute.
If, after enrollment, the student voluntarily decides not to attend classes, refuses to continue the program, does not wish to study a particular module, or changes their career/course preference, such decision shall be considered a voluntary discontinuation by the student.
Voluntary discontinuation after commencement of the program shall not automatically create a right to a refund.
Where recorded lectures, LMS access, study material, assignments, projects or other digital learning resources have been made available to the student, the student shall be considered to have received access to the corresponding learning service.
Viewing, downloading or accessing recorded content shall constitute utilization of the digital learning facility to the extent applicable.
Failure or unwillingness of the student to watch, complete or utilize the available recordings, LMS content or study material shall not by itself constitute non-delivery of the service.
Where a student voluntarily refuses or postpones a particular module or requests that a module be taken at a later stage, the institute may schedule or provide the relevant module subsequently, subject to batch availability and the institute's academic schedule.
Such postponement shall not automatically constitute cancellation of the entire program or create an immediate refund entitlement.
Refund requests shall be governed by the refund policy applicable to the particular program and communicated at the time of enrollment.
Once substantial course services have commenced, including but not limited to live classes, recorded lectures, LMS access, study material, mentorship, projects, assessments, career/placement assistance or other program services, any refund, if applicable, shall be considered after taking into account the services already delivered/utilized and any documented non-recoverable costs incurred by the institute.
No refund shall be automatically payable merely because a student subsequently changes their mind, loses interest, changes career plans, does not attend classes, does not watch recordings, or considers a particular module unnecessary.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or restrict any statutory right available to a consumer under applicable law.
Where a program includes placement assistance, career guidance, interview preparation, resume assistance, mock interviews or similar services, these services shall be subject to the specific terms and eligibility requirements communicated for the program.
Placement assistance does not mean a guarantee that a student will accept or obtain employment unless an express written placement guarantee is specifically stated in the student's enrollment agreement.
The following shall generally be treated as student-initiated non-participation:
Such circumstances shall not, by themselves, be treated as non-delivery of the contracted training service.
The institute may maintain records of enrollment, payments, class schedules, attendance, LMS activation, recording availability, communication with the student, mentor/trainer sessions, assignments and other service-delivery records.
Such records may be used for internal administration and for resolving disputes regarding the services provided.
Where reasonably possible, the institute may, at its discretion, offer an alternative batch, module rescheduling, course transfer, additional academic support or other suitable resolution instead of a refund.
Any such alternative arrangement shall be subject to availability and the applicable terms communicated by the institute.
A student's decision that a course, module, teaching methodology or career path is no longer suitable to them, after enrollment and commencement of services, shall not by itself establish a right to a full refund.
However, any genuine deficiency in service or other legally recognized claim shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
By completing enrollment/payment and/or accepting access to the program, the student confirms that they have had an opportunity to review the applicable course information and these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them, subject to applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts/competent consumer forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
The institute does not intend to restrict any statutory rights available to students/consumers under applicable law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and mandatory provisions of applicable law, the mandatory legal provisions shall prevail.
